Creating and developing prototypes

My responsibility as the sole Senior product designer and lead was to develop a complete and comprehensive online experience for Tirepros brand.

Tirepros, with a broad network of installers throughout the US, aimed to shake up the market and establish themselves as a rival to Les Schwab.

How I contributed

One of the aspects I love most about working as a senior product designer lead is creating comprehensive experiences and working closely with various teams.

Development and copywriting typically play crucial roles as collaborators. I am convinced that the collaborative process played a significant role in swiftly transforming this project into a success.

The challenge

This project had to be developed and launched within a tight deadline. I engaged with and oversaw relationships with numerous stakeholders whose perspectives often varied significantly.

As a facilitator, it is crucial to strike a balance between adaptability and decisiveness.

These interpersonal skills enabled me to facilitate communication among teams and offer direction. These abilities played a pivotal role in successfully finishing the project on schedule.
